These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the okperya website, platform, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "okperya Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the okperya Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the okperya Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and okperya regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

okperya reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the okperya Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates.

The okperya Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all casino-style and sports betting activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person acting in your own individual capacity, not on behalf of any company, organization, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an okperya employee or contractor.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the okperya Platform or had your account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

By registering an account on the okperya Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. okperya reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, and to suspend access pending verification.

To access the full range of okperya Platform features, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okperya Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. okperya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okperya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. okperya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify okperya support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

okperya conducts identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or certain features are fully activated. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

okperya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions on the okperya Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your okperya account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. okperya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or digital wallet providers. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is prohibited.

Withdrawal requests from verified okperya accounts are processed according to the standard processing schedule published in the cashier section of the platform. okperya aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and whether additional verification steps are required.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• okperya reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account tier. okperya reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits where required for security or regulatory compliance purposes.

okperya offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.

Bonus funds credited to your okperya account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and any game contribution percentages are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering on restricted games while an active bonus is credited may result in winnings being forfeited.

okperya reserves the right to void bonus entitlements and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in promotion terms.

okperya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are in the process of being wagered, unless the promotion terms explicitly provide otherwise.

All games available on the okperya Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own rules and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review game rules before wagering.

Game outcomes for all slot and RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by the respective game provider. okperya does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that results in an ambiguous or interrupted outcome, okperya's decision on the resolution of the affected round shall be final.

For sports betting markets, odds are set by okperya's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Bets accepted before an odds change remain valid at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. In the event of a clear pricing error, okperya reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wager amount to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okperya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or contact information
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of a human player
• Colluding with other players in live table games or sports betting pools
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the okperya Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okperya staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

okperya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously.

All okperya account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings, without requiring a support interaction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss Limits: Automatically pause gaming activity once a defined loss threshold is reached within a session or period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account from the platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period.

All content on the okperya Platform — including but not limited to the okperya brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of okperya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okperya Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any okperya content without prior written authorization from okperya.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okperya, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the okperya Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.

okperya provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. okperya does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions that do not permit certain liability exclusions, okperya's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall okperya's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you to the okperya Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okperya collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the okperya Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okperya Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okperya complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. For full details on how okperya handles your data, please review the okperya Privacy Policy.

okperya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Provision of false or misleading account information

Upon termination for cause, okperya reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals, forfeit bonus balances, and retain real-money balances for up to 180 days pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established after investigation, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. You may also voluntarily close your okperya account at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. okperya operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

okperya may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the okperya Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Where changes are material, okperya will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or registered contact details.

Your continued use of the okperya Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting okperya support.
